Jazmines Album Launch at The Providence
in Brighton What a night at the Providence Brighton on the 30th Nov 2007. The place was heaving, packed, such a good atmosphere, and a very well behaved crowd who really enjoyed themselves. A Total Success was the only way to discribe it. Had the Brighton papparatzi, papers, and radio, among others, all showed great interest, some of them even bought the album....which incedently sold really well, I must say, we didnt expect it to go as well as it did, being as it was a nightmare leading up to the event... (cd's only arrived 30 mins before we had to leave for brighton after chasing them all day, nearly did'nt happen)
Well now we'll just wait see what happens, and it already is... Jazzy is getting played regularly on juice fm and radio reverb fm since the launch, (their own idea), lots of offers of gigs too, one on new years eve, with 'The New Town Kings' , a good start to the new year (recent 2007 UK winners of the 'Battle of the Bands', sponsored among others by NME).... should have video of the launch soon, I'll put it online when I get it back edited. Watch this space.
